there’s a big bad world out there
that tramples on human rights,
dispossesses lands and peoples,
tortures, maims and kills.
And you’re just not on the radar.
So, stand in front of that tank if you want
stand in front of that bulldozer,
just don’t expect them to stop
for you
and your posturing over-inflated ego
cos, guess what,
maybe they won’t.
