351. lost in translation
I had a moment today
strange and wonderful
a little like déjà vu
a wisp
then blown away
and in this moment
all was clear
I felt
all the future
all the past
the universe outside my door
and somehow it all just felt right
like I knew something
we all know
but fail to acknowledge
something we trade for
normality and sanity and peace of mind
I wish I could go back there
back to that moment when
the door was ajar
and I took a peek.
